Above and below are photos of some of our events during this past year, including: an Octoberfest party and a dinner at a local restaurant in the fall; Christmas Caroling and a Day of Wellness in the winter; and wine tasting, a trip to the Belmont races and drinks at the top of the Met in spring. Enjoy the memories!
I think the concept is excellent. However, after attending 3 events (2010-2011), I found that the music was deafening (at all three). There were nice people, who wanted to talk to one another, but, alas, every time a new song started...end of conversation.
ReplyDeleteIf the question of the blaring music could be solved (at least, for me), I would enjoy the Boomers' events much more.
